Returns & Cancellations
Each Paul Shanley fine-art print is individually produced to order and is not held in stock. We therefore ask customers to consider their purchase carefully before placing an order.
We do not offer a discretionary returns service beyond customers' statutory consumer rights.
Cancellations and Returns
For UK customers, where statutory cancellation rights apply, customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their artwork.
To request a cancellation, please contact paul@pauluk.net within the prescribed timescale. Following notification of cancellation, customers have a further 14 days to return the artwork.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, including appropriate transit insurance. Artwork should be carefully and securely packaged, preferably using its original protective packaging.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed following receipt of the returned artwork or satisfactory evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier, as required by applicable consumer law.
Artwork should be returned in its original, undamaged and resalable condition.
Where permitted by law, any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and will include the original standard delivery charge where required by law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact paul@pauluk.net promptly, providing your order number and photographs of the issue where possible.
We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law, including return postage costs where required.
International Orders
Customers outside the United Kingdom may have cancellation, return or refund rights under the consumer laws applicable to their purchase. These rights will be honoured where applicable.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
