1. About the Seller

This website, pauluk.net, is operated by Paul Shanley, an independent fine-art photographer based in the United Kingdom.

2. Artwork and Limited Editions

All photographs offered for sale are original photographic works by Paul Shanley.

Each artwork is offered as a limited edition of 15 prints in total across the available sizes, unless otherwise stated.

Every print is individually produced to order using high-quality fine-art photographic materials. Edition availability is monitored and managed by the artist.

Minor variations between the appearance of an image on a digital screen and the finished print may occur due to differences in screen calibration, lighting and printing processes.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

The total price, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed during checkout before an order is placed.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Orders and Availability

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where an artwork is unavailable, an edition has sold out or an obvious pricing error has occurred. Where payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

5. Production and Delivery

Prints are individually produced following receipt and acceptance of an order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production requirements, destination and courier arrangements.

We will notify customers of any significant delay. Statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

6. International Orders

We offer delivery to selected international destinations.

Customers outside the United Kingdom may be required to pay import duties, customs clearance fees or local taxes imposed by their destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Cancellation, return and refund arrangements are set out in our separate Returns & Cancellations Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects customers' statutory consumer rights.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All photographs, images and other original creative content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Paul Shanley unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a photographic print does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit the image.

Unauthorised reproduction or use of website images is prohibited.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits customers' statutory rights.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer's country of residence.
